Eileen O'Malley

Eileen O'Malley is a Director and Human Capital Manager. Prior to joining MSD in 2018, she was an HR Associate Business Partner at Millennium Management and previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank in a variety of HR roles. Eileen leads MSD's DEI and Philanthropy Committees and helped launch MSD's Women's Network in the fall of 2021.

Eileen received a B.A. from Boston College in Education. She is a member of the Junior Advisory Board for the Cornelia Connelly Center on NYC's Lower East Side, and an Associate Member of the Council of Women of Boston College.
