Amy Wicklund

Amy Wicklund, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Amy most recently served as the Director of Human Resources - Senior Associate at IA Interior Architects. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR - West/East Coast at Guaranteed Rate, leading a Talent Management team and providing employee relations support to over 5,000 employees in the mortgage industry. Amy also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Rowland + Broughton Architecture / Urban Design / Interior Design, where they oversaw all aspects of HR for two studios in Denver and Aspen. Before that, Amy was the Director of Human Resources at The Joffrey Ballet, providing HR leadership and implementing initiatives to support organizational growth. Amy also served as the Human Resources Director at Hubbard Radio Chicago, LLC, overseeing HR operations and developing leadership skills for managers. Amy started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, policy development, leadership development, and compliance.

Amy Wicklund has a background in ballet and dance. Amy attended the Ellis DuBoulay School of Ballet for an unspecified period of time. Amy also studied dance at the University of Iowa. Additionally, Amy obtained certifications in Human Resources, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in 2005 and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015.
