Gennifer Tsoi Lee

Gennifer Lee (née Tsoi) is a Principal on the Private Capital team. Prior to joining MSD in 2021, she worked at Crestview Partners as a Vice President, where she focused on media, financial services and industrials private equity investments. Before that, she was an Associate at Providence Equity Partners, where she focused on technology, media, telecommunications and education private equity investments. Prior to her experience in private equity, she was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group at Barclays. Gennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors of East West Manufacturing. She is also the co-chair of the MSD Women’s Network and a member of the MSD Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Gennifer received a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
