Saritha Reddy

Saritha Reddy is the Assistant General Counsel & Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of MSD. Prior to joining MSD in 2021, she worked at Apollo Global Management, Inc., where she most recently served as a Managing Director and Senior Compliance Officer in the in the Legal, Tax and Compliance group. Before that, Saritha worked at Pryor Cashman LLP in the Litigation and Investment Management groups in New York, and at Reed Smith LLP in the Litigation group in New York.

Saritha grew up on the Panhandle of Florida and can be found paddle boarding and kayaking with her family on its famous emerald beaches whenever she can. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two daughters.

Saritha earned a B.A. degree in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University as well as a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
