Sean Legister

Sean Legister is a Managing Director on the Strategic Partnerships team. He joined MSD in 2022 from Goldman Sachs, where he was most recently a Managing Director, Alternatives Product Specialist. Prior to joining ACMS, Sean spent more than five years in the Global Markets Division, where he was an equity cash sales trader on the Multi-Asset Platform Sales Team (MAPS), which is responsible for building a multi-product distribution effort across Equities and FICC to scale the firm’s product offering to a broader institutional client base.

Sean earned his B.A. in English & Black Studies from Amherst College. He was on the Board of Trustees for Cristo Rey New York High School for six years, and currently serves as the Board Chair of the Cristo Rey New York Corporate Work Study Jobs Board and on the Board of The Rockhouse Foundation. Sean is also the Founder of the Monday Morning Lift, an email distribution aimed to inspire, challenge, and goad its readers.
