Janina Schneider-Swales

Janina Schneider-Swales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategy within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as PMO Lead for Digital Data & Analytics and Associate Director for Strategy Project Management at MSD Deutschland since 2019, Janina has a strong background that includes roles in marketing and product development. Prior experience includes strategic project management positions at Sandoz and project management at the University of Oxford. Janina's academic qualifications encompass a PhD in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Operations, Project & Supply Chain Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, complemented by a BA in Biology from the University of Oxford.
