Duke Grimes

Duke Grimes possesses a diverse background in public policy and human resources, currently serving as the Public Policy Manager at Mid-States Distributing, LLC since June 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at North 40 Outfitters - CSWW, Inc., from January 2009 to June 2023, such as HR Director (acting), Organizational Consultant, and Director of Human Resources. Duke Grimes also owned a transportation company linked to UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 1999 to 2007 and served as an elected official in the Montana State Legislature from 1993 to 2005. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager for the State of Montana from 1991 to 2000. Duke Grimes holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Montana (1993-1997) and a degree in Pastoral Studies from Bob Jones University (1979-1984). Additionally, Duke Grimes is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
