Rick Mesz

Rick Mesz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rick currently serves as the Director of Warehouse Operations at Mid-States Distributing, LLC, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Durvet, Inc. from January 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they managed operations for an animal health supplier and successfully implemented a new Warehouse Management System. Before that, Rick served as an Aerospace Program Manager at Triumph Group in 2016, managing contracts for the aerospace industry. Rick also has experience in project management and sales at Warehouse1 from 2015 to 2016. Rick worked at Toys R Us as a Project Manager and Warehouse Manager from 2008 to 2015. Rick started their career at General Mills as a team leader from 2003 to 2008 and worked as a Production Supervisor at ExxonMobil from 2000 to 2003. Rick Mesz also has prior military experience, having served as a Captain in the US Army from 1994 to 2000.

Rick Mesz has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rick also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University. Prior to their higher education, Rick attended Kadena High School. Additionally, they hold certifications in Commercial Rotor-craft and Private Pilot-Fixed Wing from the Federal Aviation Administration.
