Nick Badalamenti has extensive experience in sales, manufacturing consulting, and education within the motorcycle safety sector. Since April 2003, Nick has served as President of Toolex Inc., focusing on sales, production management, mechanical design, and machine shop services. Concurrently, Nick has been a Motorcycle Rider Education Instructor and QA Specialist for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, leveraging certification and expertise in quality assurance. Previous roles include President of the Columbia Chapter of SME, where local manufacturing tours were coordinated, and sales management positions at Holz-Their U.S. Inc. and Viking Machinery & Tool Supply. Nick's educational background includes studies at The University of Akron, Kent State University, San Bernardino Valley College, and Redlands Senior High School.

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® is the internationally recognized developer of the comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning for motorcyclists and continuous professional development for certified RiderCoaches and other trainers. MSF also actively participates in government relations, safety research, public awareness campaigns and the provision of technical assistance to state training and licensing programs. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation is a national, not-for-profit organization sponsored by BMW, BRP, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha.
