Lavinia Brindusa

Lavinia Gogea (Brindusa) is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the software development sector. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at msg systems Romania since January 2018, Lavinia has managed the full recruitment process for both regular employees and internships, including creating job descriptions, conducting market analysis, and facilitating interviews.
