Lavinia Nicoara

Lavinia Nicoara began their work experience in 2009 as a Front Desk Assistant and Marketing employee at Best Western Hotel Topaz. Lavinia then joined ArtSoft Consult in 2011 as an HR Specialist, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined msg systems Romania as the Head of Recruitment, responsible for coordinating the recruiting activity and strategy for multiple sites in Romania.

Lavinia Nicoara completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2006 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in PEOPLE ANALYTICS: TRANSFORMING HR STRATEGY WITH DATA SCIENCE from Emeritus in March 2023.
