Rahul Verma has a diverse range of work experience. Rahul started their career in 2010 as a DSL Engineer at airtel before moving on to work as a Senior Support Technologist at Matrix Comsec from 2011 to 2013. At Matrix Comsec, they led a team working on government wireless projects and was responsible for PRI termination, mapping, hunting, and call forwarding.

In 2013, Rahul joined MSG91 and held various roles over the years. Rahul started as a Senior Support Technologist and Business Analyst, where they worked until 2017. From there, they progressed to become a Corporate Sales Manager, then a Senior Sales Manager in 2017. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Reseller Business, and in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Enterprise Sales & CRM.
