Shikha Jha is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and client delivery, currently serving as the Manager-Client Delivery for the US market at MSH since May 2015. Shikha has held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities involved proactive candidate identification, creative sourcing, and pipeline development.
