Soud Ishaq has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Soud started their career in 2009 at Barwa Bank as the Acting Head of Private and Premium Banking. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at the Delivery and Legacy Supreme Committee as the Head of Personnel and Payroll. Soud then joined Madinanova (United Development Co.) as a Finance Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they served as the Acting General Manager at UFMCO (UDC). Soud then joined United Development Company in 2014 as a Finance Manager and later as the C&B Personnel and Payroll Manager until 2022. Currently, they are working at Msheireb Properties as the Acting Senior Director of Human Resources since November 2022. Overall, their experience includes roles in finance, property management, and human resources.
Soud Ishaq completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Aberdeen from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Soud earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting from the College of north Atlantic Qatar. Furthermore, Soud Ishaq completed high school at Jassim Bin Hamad, without specifying the start or end year, and pursued Art/Art Studies as their field of study.

With Msheireb Downtown Doha, the company is developing a blueprint for sustainable urban regeneration, and believes in sharing its knowledge and experience with the industry.
