Carolyn Spaulding

Carolyn Spaulding is an experienced community manager at MSI, LLC - MSI HOA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Carolyn served as an administrative assistant at Belleview Christian School from May 2017 to September 2021, managing accounts receivable using QuickBooks Enterprise in a partially remote position. Carolyn briefly worked as an office bookkeeper at Golden Floors, handling various bookkeeping responsibilities during a temporary assignment. During a decade-long tenure at CenturyLink, from April 2006 to December 2016, Carolyn progressed through multiple roles, culminating as a lead account consultant responsible for supporting sales teams and managing customer relations. Carolyn's extensive experience encompasses areas including customer relationship management, solutions selling, team training, and process optimization. Carolyn graduated from Horizon High School in 2001.
