Theresa Dean FCA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various industries. Currently serving as Financial Director at MSI-Defence Systems Ltd since May 2024, Theresa previously held the position of Finance Director EMEIA and SSIA at Spectrum Control, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for two business units in the UK and Canada. Earlier roles included Senior Finance Manager at Aviva, where Theresa was instrumental in integrating the UK Digital entity into the General Insurance sector, and Financial Controller at both Knowles (UK) Ltd. and Hudson Architects. Theresa began their career in audit roles at Grant Thornton and Larking Gowen, contributing to large commercial group audits and client management.
