Diana Carrillo Sanchez

Diana Carrillo Sanchez is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in industrial engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at MSI Express since February 2017, Diana has held various managerial roles including Production Manager and Shift Manager. Prior to MSI Express, contributions were made as an Engineer in Residence at Caterpillar Inc., where data gathering and workflow balancing were key tasks. Previous experiences include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University and completing multiple engineering internships at Elkay Manufacturing and Daubert Chemical Company, focusing on process improvement, automation, and efficiency analysis. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, alongside an Associate of Science from Harper College.
