Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Director of Quality at MSI Express, Inc. and Quality Assurance Manager at Microbac Laboratories, Inc. Their previous positions include Quality Control Manager at Albanese Confectionery Group, Inc, Corporate Environmental Quality Director at Pace Analytical, and Managing Director at Microbac Laboratories, Inc. - Chicagoland Division. Donna also spent several years at Microbac Laboratories, Inc. as Corporate Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Director. Donna began their career as the Interim Quality Manager at TestAmerica and the Quality Assurance Officer at Northeast Laboratories, Inc.
Donna Ruokonen, MBA, PCQI pursued their education in a chronological manner. Donna completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Western Connecticut State University between 1994 and 1997. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Planning from Sacred Heart University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to their university education, Donna earned their High School Diploma from Brookfield High School in 1992.
