Jacob Glass

Jacob Glass is an experienced professional in plant management and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager at MSI Express since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob held significant positions at Amazon as Station Operations Manager from June 2020 to July 2023 and at Indiana Sugars, Inc. as Plant Supervisor from September 2015 to June 2020. In addition to managing daily operations and union employees at Indiana Sugars, Jacob was responsible for overseeing two plants as Plant Manager. Earlier in the career, Jacob worked as Project Manager at Up Your Alleys from May 2007 to August 2015, handling various aspects of business operations including money management and marketing. Jacob is an alumnus of Calumet College of St. Joseph, where a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services was earned, and also served as captain of the nationally ranked bowling team.
