Caroline Guinard

Caroline Guinard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government programs and partnerships within the reproductive health sector, currently serving as the Director of Government Programmes and Partnerships at MSI Reproductive Choices since April 2019. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at MSI, including Associate Director for FCDO Programmes and Programme Director for Women Integrated Sexual Health. Additional experience includes leadership as Head of Operations at International Citizen Service and as Global M&E Adviser at VSO. Caroline's tenure at VSO also encompassed multiple roles dedicated to impact, accountability, and capacity building. Early in the career, Caroline contributed to human rights and research initiatives with organizations such as Burma Issues and Geneva Call. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from IEDS - Paris I (La Sorbonne) and a Master's in International Law and English American Law from Universite de Cergy-Pontoise.
