Erica Belanger

Erica Belanger is a seasoned professional in advocacy and government partnerships, currently serving as Associate Director - Government Partnerships at MSI Reproductive Choices since October 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held various leadership positions, including Executive Director and Assistant Director at SafeHands from January 2018 to October 2023, and Senior Advocacy Adviser - Family Planning and Resource Mobilization Officer at the International Planned Parenthood Federation from December 2007 to December 2017. Additional experience includes co-directing the Forum for Youth Advocacy and working with several organizations focused on peace, conflict resolution, and international development. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Development from McGill University, a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the European University Centre for Peace Studies, an MBA in International Management from Centenary University, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Project Management from Humber International Development Institute.
