Michelle Henderson

Michelle Henderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and information technology within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Portfolio Project Manager at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. since March 2020, Michelle has overseen significant system implementations including One Inc's ClaimsPay product and Prevail's reinsurance accounting system. Previous roles include Project Manager at WiKiFri and Majesco, where Michelle managed development projects for major insurance clients. Earlier experience includes positions as Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst, Information Technology Consultant, and Certified IBM Lotus Notes System Administrator. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Muhlenberg College.
