Felicia Er currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at MSIG Asia, leading the regional risk management and actuarial team to enhance risk management practices and support strategic growth, particularly in the motor business as Chairperson of the Motor Committee. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President in the actuarial domain at MSIG Asia, with responsibilities spanning reserve valuation, portfolio monitoring, risk management, and implementing IFRS 17. Felicia's earlier experience includes serving as an actuary at Aon Benfield, focusing on reinsurance optimization and client training, as well as at Ernst & Young, where involvement included reserve estimation and Solvency II projects. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
