Lynette Lim

Lynette Lim has extensive experience in operations and claims services, currently serving as a Senior Executive at MSIG Singapore since July 2019. Lynette has successfully led process improvement projects, including the enhancement of the WICA claim computation tool for WICA 2019 and the implementation of a mail merge tool that significantly reduced letter generation time. Additionally, Lynette participated in a Career Discovery Programme, gaining insights into various company functions and suggesting work process improvements. Prior experience includes an internship at GREAT EASTERN in Group Compliance AML/CFT, where Lynette automated reporting processes and conducted quality assurance on transaction monitoring. Lynette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Risk Management and Insurance) from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Queensland.
