Joel Langlois

Joel Langlois has a strong background in software engineering, quality assurance, and technical documentation. Joel started their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at First Data Corporation in 1992 and was responsible for certifying POS credit card software and developing technical documentation. Joel then joined Emdeon in 2002, where they held roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Software Engineer II. At Emdeon, they worked on the development of data transformation maps and collaborated with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and .NET Developers to create request- and response-side transaction flows for various medical transactions. In 2015, Joel transitioned to Change Healthcare (formerly known as Emdeon) as a Software Engineer II before moving to their most recent role as a QA Engineer at mSIGNIA in 2016. Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated their ability to manage multiple projects and tasks resulting in the successful completion of numerous releases and certifications.

Joel Langlois obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Resources Management from Belmont University, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. Before pursuing higher education, Joel completed their high school education at John Overton High School from 1976 to 1979.
