Jason Dacosta

Jason Dacosta has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2007 as a National Team Member for Swimming Canada. In 2015, they moved into the private equity sector, working for 747 Capital. In 2016, they joined Novacap, a leading Canadian investment firm, as a Private Equity member of their fund focused on technology, media and telecommunication buyout investments. In 2017, they became CFO & Investor at oxio. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder of MSP Corp.

Jason Dacosta has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Accounting from McGill University and a Diploma of College Studies in Natural Sciences from CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence. Jason has also obtained certifications from The Marquee Group for Financial Modeling and Valuation Training in September 2015, Bloomberg LP for Bloomberg Essentials in March 2015, the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) for General Contractor in February 2012, and the Société de sauvetage - Division du Québec for National Lifeguard in April 2007.
