The Legal Team at MSP Recovery, comprising the General Counsel, Corporate Legal Counsel, and Deputy General Counsel, is responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and litigation management. They ensure that all corporate activities align with legal requirements and provide strategic legal advice to support the company's multi-level and proprietary software operations.
