David Walter

David Walter is the founder of MSP SEO Factory, a commercial security provider specializing in remote monitored video surveillance. Prior to founding MSP SEO Factory, David served as the CEO of Iverify from January 2014 to December 2015. During their 15-month tenure as CEO, David grew revenues by 400% and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) by 250% through two large strategic acquisitions and double-digit organic growth. David also increased equity value by 28% and reduced customer attrition rate from 10% to 3.5%.

Before their time at Iverify, David served as Chief Financial Officer at GGC Security Holdings/Devcon Security from January 2010 to December 2012. In this role, David was responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company.

David has over 25 years of experience in the security industry and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota.

David Walter's educational career includes an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
