Josh Ishak

Josh Ishak is an experienced automation strategist currently serving as the VP of Automation Strategy at MSP+OS since November 2023. Previously, Josh held multiple roles at Stack Advisors from September 2015 to January 2024, including Head of Automation Strategy, Lead Consultant, and RMM Consultant, where technical support and custom solutions for LabTech RMM were provided. Between October 2013 and January 2022, Josh was the Managing Partner at MSPGeek, fostering a community focused on support and solutions for the ConnectWise Suite and Managed Service Provider challenges. Early career roles include NOC Administrator at Doberman Technologies, LLC, Systems Engineer at Network Doctor, IT Intern at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc., and a part-time Impact team member at Hollister Co. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
