Kathryn Merta

Kathryn Merta is an experienced interior designer currently employed at MSR Design since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as an Interior Design Intern at Alliiance from August 2021 to April 2022, where project-related design work included mentorship, critiques, and presentations. Significant internships also include a position at Design Innovations from July 2021 to March 2022, assisting in client meetings, creating 3D renderings, and contributing to office management and social media efforts. Early experience includes serving as a Skate School Assistant for the City of Edina from November 2017 to October 2020, teaching young children the fundamentals of ice skating. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota College of Design, completed from 2018 to 2022, and participated in a study abroad program with DIS in early 2021.
