David Peterson

David Peterson has been the CFO at MSR-FSR since December 2004. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Analyst at ATMI from January 2002 to December 2004. There, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis for four product line directors, providing financial forecasts and updates throughout due diligence, and managing the successful transition of the sale of the ATMI FAB Services product line. From October 2000 to November 2002, Peterson was the Finance Manager at Inktomi, where they advised worldwide sales operations and legal organizations to ensure compliance with US GAAP revenue reporting standards, coordinated quarterly reviews of license revenue with external auditors, and led training of sales personnel regarding revenue recognition policy. David also oversaw forecasting of bookings, revenue, and DSO for the $56M annual budget for the worldwide sales organization.

David Peterson has a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University. David is currently working as an accountant at a public accounting firm.
