Fred Mitchel has extensive experience in engineering and executive leadership, currently serving as a Process Engineer at MSR-FSR since November 2004. Prior to this role, Fred was the President and CEO of ONEL from 2004 to 2011 and worked as a Process Engineer at Novellus Systems, which was acquired by Lam Research Corporation, from 2000 to 2003. Fred's earlier career includes various engineering roles at WSI, IPEC, and other companies from 1984 to 2003 and a position as a Test Technician at Rockwell Collins between June 1981 and July 1983, where responsibilities included receiving inspections on electronic and mechanical components.
