Patrick White

Patrick White is the current Director of EH&S at MSR-FSR. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Corporate Quality / EHS at Banda Group International from November 2012 to December 2020. In this role, they provided quality and EHS leadership and external consulting services for an international technical services company. Patrick's primary focus was on analyzing company support needs to create integrated management systems by identifying strategies to fill functional area gaps and move the organization into conformity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and NQA-1, developing and administering numerous policies, procedures, functional area guidance documents and training resources. Additionally, they served as an SME to ASSE/ANSI US TAG to TC 283 for the development of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) and to ASQ/ANSI US TAG to PC 302 for the rewrite of ISO 19011 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems). Patrick has also provided SME services for Arizona’s premier semiconductor High Volume Manufacturing client for Decontamination, Decommissioning, and Demolition of manufacturing tools. Furthermore, they provided Quality and EHS analysis and consultation services to a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company. Patrick has also provided EHS Management Systems and construction site assessments for a Phoenix General Contractor. Lastly, they provided EHS Research and Technical Writing services for confidential clients. Throughout their career, they have also provided new strategic partnership and business development opportunities, proposal reviews, contract lifecycle management and government contract technical resources, etc.

Patrick White has a MS in Occupational Safety & Health / Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, a BS in Applied Management from National American University, and an AAS in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Patrick also has an AS in Airway Science (SOC Transfer) from Yuba College and is certified as a Safety and Health Manager from the Institute for Safety and Health Managment and as a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
