Keith Latchaw has a diverse and extensive work experience. Keith started their career as a Consultant at Accenture from 1985 to 1994. Keith then moved to various roles at Cigna Medical Group, including Business Technology Director, Director of Imaging, Director of Information/Workflow Management, Associate Vice President of Finance (interim), Director of Administration and Financial Support Services, Associate Director of Business Systems, and Project Manager. During their time at Cigna Medical Group, they implemented various technological solutions, such as Electronic Health Records, Imaging Applications, and Pharmacy dispensing systems. Keith also led the development and execution of strategic technology plans and improved financial performance. In 2015, they joined Cigna Onsite Health as a Strategy Consultant. From 2015 to 2020, they owned and served as the President of Great Start LLC. In 2018, they joined MSS Business Transformation Advisory as a Consulting Manager and later assumed the roles of Vice President and General Manager, and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Keith Latchaw obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
