Mike Hawksworth serves as Chairman Of The Board and President/CEO of MSS Business Transformation Advisory, a company specializing in leadership, governance, and accountability to drive significant organizational change in areas such as digital strategy, vendor selection, and project management since April 1992. Previously, Mike was the President and Co-Founder of Micon, Inc., which delivered information systems services to the utility industry from April 1986 to June 1992. Mike began the professional journey at Arthur Andersen as a Manager from 1979 to 1986. Mike holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University, where studies were completed between 1977 and 1979.
