Paula Dawson

Paula Dawson is a seasoned Management Consulting professional with extensive experience in leading the definition, strategy, planning, development, implementation, and adoption of business applications systems. Currently serving as Consulting Services Director at MSS Business Transformation Advisory since January 1992, Paula oversees overall service delivery on large enterprise projects, focusing on IT Strategy and Roadmap Planning, RFP Development, Software Evaluation and Selection, and Custom and Package Software Implementation Planning and Deployment.
