Ross Sharpe

Ross Sharpe has extensive experience in security and operational roles, currently serving as a Material Handler at Adecco since September 2021, specializing in work with SAP and conducting cycle counting at Dow Performance Silicones. Prior to this, Ross has held the position of Control Room Operator at The MSS Group since February 2012, ensuring safety and security at DOW Silicones. Additional experience includes roles as a Prisoner Custodial Officer at Reliance Custodial, a Security Officer at G4S, and a Lance Corporal in the H M Forces Army, where skills in advanced sound ranging and air defense systems were developed. Ross holds a Management Level 3 NVQ and has completed multiple courses at CPD Online College in 2023, alongside qualifications in close protection and engineering from NSTC Liverpool and Barry Boys respectively.
