Before joining MSS in 1998, Maria worked for a large East Coast moving company for 19 years. At that time, she was responsible for Household Goods National Account Coordination, Operations, and Customer Service Management. While at MSS, he has been instrumental in growing and developing the area of Customer Relations. Having served as both Manager and Director of Customer Service, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role. Today she is accountable for all things customer-facing. She is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Order Processing, Customer Relations, and Coordinator teams, in addition to her overall leadership of the Customer Service and Customer Care departments. MSS clients utilize her as a “go-to” contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Maria is also personally involved as an Account Manager for several of the top clients and in the management of many sensitive and high-profile executive relocations.
Maria won the MSS President’s Award in 2001 and the Uncle Joe Spirit Award in 2008. She escapes to white sand beaches and blue waters whenever possible and frequently visits Aruba.
