Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at MSS is responsible for steering the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring the effective implementation of its mission to empower individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Comprising multiple Vice Presidents of Program Services, the team collaborates to develop and oversee customized programs, advocate for participant needs, and extend MSS's innovative services across the seven-county metro area. They focus on breaking down barriers, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the overall quality of life for the people they serve.
