Ivonna J Pacheco

Ivonna J Pacheco, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources consulting, currently serving as Senior Vice President at MSSS - Crestcom since June 2013. With extensive experience, Ivonna held the position of Organizational Psychologist at IKON Group from August 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities included project management for the School Improvement Grant, talent management, and human resources administration. Prior to this, Ivonna spent nearly two decades at Banco Santander as First Senior Vice President, focusing on human resources, total quality management, and telephone banking. Ivonna began the career at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico as an OD Specialist, emphasizing change management and employee feedback systems. Academically, Ivonna earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Universidad Puerto Rico- Recinto Rio Piedras.
