Chih-Hao Chang

Chih-Hao Chang is an experienced Assistant Technical Manager at MStar Semiconductor since December 2010, specializing in video CODEC hardware development and IP development, with notable projects including the HEVC Decoder, HEVC Encoder, VP9 Decoder, and video processing modules. Prior to this role, Chih-Hao Chang served as a Supervisor at VATICS INC. from October 2006 to December 2010, focusing on video analysis algorithm development and intelligent video system design, contributing to the design of advanced algorithms for tone mapping, object segmentation, and detection. Chih-Hao Chang holds a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Taiwan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
