Jean Baptiste Benard has significant experience in leadership roles across the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as CEO of MSTECH Europe and Optic Bonding, Jean Baptiste has held the position of Group CEO and Founder at SMT Worldwide since April 2004, overseeing the company’s transformation into a global technology partner in the semiconductor industry. Jean Baptiste’s earlier career includes leadership as Business Unit Director at ACCELONIX EMEA S.L. and as Logistic Manager at Schneider Electric. Jean Baptiste holds a Master's degree in Business Management from EAE Business School, completed between 2011 and 2014.
