David Atkinson

David Atkinson is the National Head of Land and Development at Willmott Dixon, where they lead a team of development, land, regeneration, and funding experts dedicated to transforming communities. They have extensive experience in real estate law, having served as a Real Estate Solicitor at Cobbetts LLP and a Senior Solicitor at DWF. Prior to their current role, David held positions as Investment Manager & Legal Counsel at Balfour Beatty Investments and Associate at Squire Patton Boggs. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director at MSV Housing since 2025. David earned a degree in Law and Management Studies from the University of Leeds and completed their Legal Practice Course at The College of Law.
