Sandy Waggett

Sandy Waggett is the founder and owner of MSW Interactive Designs. Sandy has over 20 years of experience in instructional design, computer-based training development, and website/web-based training development. Sandy started their career as a mathematics teacher at the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies and Performing Arts. Sandy then transitioned into the corporate world, where they held various positions in instructional design and training development. In March 1996, Sandy started working as a senior engineer at BAE Systems. There they developed the 10 year training plan for the ISC2 Program Proposal Phase. Sandy also worked on the TBMCS Program, developing embedded computer-based training and web based training applications. In January 2000, Sandy left BAE Systems to work as a web & computer based training designer at Horizon Interactive. There they were responsible for instructional design, story boarding, computer-based training development using Authorware, and website/web-based training development. Sandy left Horizon Interactive in December 2001 to start their own company, MSW Interactive Designs.

Sandy Waggett has a Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instruction (Instructional Technology) from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a certification from the High Performance Institute (HPI) as a Certified High Performance Coach.
