Johan Kloosterboer has extensive work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Johan started their career at Van Galen Transmission, where they worked as an Assistant Logistic Manager and later as a Customer Service Manager. In 2005, Johan joined MSX International as a Project Manager for the Customer Relations Center at FORD. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating inquiries and complaints, improving customer satisfaction, and training employees on CRM implementation. Johan then became a Project Manager for AS Support at NISSAN, managing multiple helpdesks. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Sales & Operations Manager Nederland at MSX International, where they developed business opportunities and monitored performance. Johan further progressed within the company, becoming the Head of Operations Benelux and then the Operations Director Benelux. Currently, they hold the position of Global Delivery Director Distribution & Sales Performance at MSX International.
Johan Kloosterboer attended Damstede College from 1990 to 1995, where they completed their HAVO degree. Johan then went on to study at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1996, focusing on Vervoersacademie - Logistiek management. Johan completed their MBO degree in Transport & Logistiek at Scutos College from 1996 to 1999. Finally, they furthered their education at Evening school from 2003 to 2005, obtaining an HBO degree in Logistic Management from the University of Professional Education.
