Luiz Monaro Soares

Luiz Monaro Soares has extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on project management and delivery. Starting in 2003 as an English and Spanish teacher, they progressed to roles such as training intern at AstraZeneca, training analyst at Libbs Farmacêutica, and senior training instructor at HCD Consultoria de Treinamento. In 2012, they became a training coordinator at Jaguar Land Rover, responsible for coordinating training programs across Brazil and Latin America. Luiz also worked as a business manager at HCD Consultoria, where they prepared proposals, developed sales strategies, and implemented training solutions for various industries. Currently, Luiz is serving as the Global Learning Delivery Director at MSX International, managing a portfolio of learning projects and leading a team of delivery managers. Luiz has worked with numerous multinational companies, including Triumph Motorcycles, Jaguar Land Rover, PSA, and BMW. Luiz has a strong background in developing and delivering training programs, utilizing various methods such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, and gamification.

Luiz Monaro Soares completed the Programa ThePowerMBA, Business Expert - Administración y Dirección de Empresas at thePower from 2020 to 2021. Luiz obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Business School São Paulo in 2012-2013. In 2011, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for Human Resources studies. Previously, in 2004-2008, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Languages from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, they have certifications in "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact" and "Communicating Across Cultures" from Lynda.com in 2019.
