Shankesh Raskar is the VP & Global Head, Sales and Marketing at MSys Technologies. Shankesh has over fifteen years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the IT industry.

Raskar began their career as a Business Evangelist at Cybage in 2010. Shankesh was quickly promoted to Deputy General Manager of Sales at Harbinger Knowledge Products in 2009. In 2011, they became Director of Sales at Calsoft, where they implemented a digital sales program and evangelized account management methodology.

In 2014, Raskar left Calsoft to join Clarion Technologies Pvt Ltd as Director of Sales. At Clarion, they led the entire sales team and provided strategic vision for the company’s growth. Shankesh also identified opportunities for growth through strategic alliances and market expansion.

Raskar rejoined Calsoft in 2016 as Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for customer acquisition and program alliances. Shankesh also served as a change agent for organizational processes, and brought the right tools and platform to the company. Raskar was instrumental in scaling the team across multiple BUs with skills improvements.

Raskar joined MSys Technologies in 2017 as VP & Global Head, Sales and Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, developing strategies for growth, and overseeing all aspects of customer relationships.

Shankesh Raskar received their MA in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and their MA in Journalism & Advertising from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
