Gayatri Manthena possesses extensive experience in recruitment and delivery management, currently serving as Delivery Head at MSys Inc. since October 2018, and previously held the role of Technical Recruiter. Prior to MSys Inc., Gayatri worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Ingresos Pvt Ltd from June 2017 to October 2018, specializing in end-to-end recruitment processes. Gayatri holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, attained between 2013 and 2015.
