Andrea Kawakami

Andrea Kawakami is an accomplished mortgage sales professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Mortgage Sales Manager and Vice President at M&T Bank since September 2022, Andrea has previously held similar roles at People's United Bank, N.A., from March 2010 to September 2022, where responsibilities included both Mortgage Sales Manager and Mortgage Account Officer positions. Prior to that, Andrea was the Principal at Magnolia Mortgage Services from January 2006 to March 2009, and a Certified Mortgage Planner at First Choice Mortgage Services LLC from 1998 to 2006. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
