Douglas Simon

Douglas Simon is the Senior Vice President and Head of Equipment Management at M&T Bank, a position held since 2022. They previously served as the Vice President in the same department from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Douglas worked as an Equipment Disposition Manager at TAL Financial Corporation from 1992 to 1998 and held multiple vice president roles at Banc of America Leasing, ATEL Capital Group, and American Express Equipment Finance. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University from 1988 to 1993.
